It's a Poppy Dip!

 I won this dress for Hayley, on a blog giveaway. They are called Poppy Dips! They are custom made dresses and the funds raised goes toward their Ethiopia adoption costs. I chose this fabric becasue it has purple in it and Sam thinks purple will be Hayley's color, I guess it is a fathers instinct.
